This terms of service agreement describes the terms that HypeTech works on. They offer you access to their web services and/or products or services under license for use.
By using our services, you accept and agree to these terms. If you reject these terms, you are prohibited from accessing the service.
The products SERVICES covered by this agreement include any services that use our servers. The agreement applies to parts of the product accessible via the web, products or services under license and also to those available "inworld" through another third-party service, such as Second Life.
HypeTech takes all reasonable steps to ensure the best integrity of the products and services it provides.
HypeTech accepts no responsibility for any losses incurred in the event of service interruptions, security breaches or data loss, even if the cause of the interruption was caused by HypeTech.
HypeTech also makes no warranty as to the performance or availability of the products or services provided, or the third-party systems on which the products or services may directly depend.
HypeTech reserves the right to revoke access to any product or service in the event of a violation of this agreement, or in the event of any attack or abuse of any kind and such action can only be taken by HypeTech. This includes access to any web service, the use of terminals inworld, and any licensed product or service.
HypeTech is not responsible under any circumstances in the case that you share your password with other people. In the case of any problem, the person responsible will always be you.
In the case that HypeTech detects that the security of your account has been compromised, we reserve the right to suspend your account to pending out the necessary investigations.
It is totally prohibited under any circumstances to try to circumvent the restrictions of rights imposed on the products or services offered by HypeTech. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to reverse engineer any source code and / or scripts, attempting to gain unauthorized access to products, services, or systems provided or operated by HypeTech, or attempting to redistribute products or services provided or operated by HypeTech without explicit authorization from HypeTech.
It is totally prohibited under any circumstances, to sell, make available or attempt to sell or make available, through our products or services. any content that violates the intellectual property rights of others.
It is totally prohibited under any circumstances, to use HypeTech products or services with the intention of harassing (griefing), annoying or causing harm to others. This includes, but is not limited to, the distribution or sale of products created for the purpose of causing harm or discomfort to others (griefing).
You may not use HypeTech products and services to send unsolicited mass marketing messages, or any type of communication that could be considered to harass, harm or annoy the recipients.
HypeTech reserves the right to revoke access to any product or service in the event of a violation of this agreement, or in the event of any attack or abuse of any kind and such action can only be taken by HypeTech. This includes access to any web service, the use of terminals in the world, and any licensed product or service.
It is totally prohibited under any circumstances, to use our products or services for any purpose prohibited by the laws of the United States, Spain or international, or any purpose prohibited by the services of third parties with which we operate.
The prohibited use includes, but is not limited to, any type of fraud, distribution or sale of any type of illegal material, money laundering or distribution, sale or exhibition of images of minors.
It is not allowed to resell or provide the service to a third party, the service provided is only intended for the avatar who bought the service and the avatars that are under license.
Access to the HypeTech support system is granted only to the person represented by the avatar who purchased the product or service.
HypeTech does not provide technical support of any kind to partners, affiliates, or customers of its customers.
HypeTech can provide technical support to another avatar as long as the product or service is enabled for it.
HypeTech will only provide technical support in English and Spanish.
HypeTech always tries to give the best service but does not offer any guarantee regarding the timeliness or quality of the support offered.
HypeTech reserves the right NOT to offer technical assistance for products or services that have or may have been altered.
HypeTech is not responsible for any action taken against your account by a third party (eg, a Second Life Ban) and will not under any circumstances offer a transfer of products or services to another avatar.
If you want to use another avatar you have to buy the corresponding products or services for that avatar.
HypeTech does not offer refunds on its products or services. However, we may choose to issue a refund in certain circumstances. This is only our choice.
